You seem like your hearts in the right place and while I respect that, Your responses here and else-where have been off-putting to say the least. I also haven’t seen you around much ingame, so it’s hard for me to make a call based on your merit. I wouldn’t mind giving you a shot though and a trial is by far one way to do that. So if the others are on board and willing to give you a chance, then i’d be more then happy to see you on the team and help where I can.

I'm satisfied with his answers to the questions provided by the other moderators and his answers to the questions of the application. We've had tons of reformed shitters on the staff team, so I don't see a problem with you having been perma'd. +1, best of luck chief.

I am acting less salty and acidic already, and keep becoming calmer. You can check it when I play, and compare to past games.

For example my last round as SO, I was not salting about xenos swarming CIC and completely annihilating us, coz it was fun. Or when as Survivor I was FFed and captured without any resistance. It's unfair, but I was not salting.

Tell you what. Gonna give you the benefit of the doubt. If you really want to improve and join staff, the trial period will definitively show us how you've improved.

Kaiser is definitely someone who brings up of grumbles when you mention him. But do I think he'd be bad as a moderator?

Nah. He's definitely improved from what I can recall, and if he's truly just a shit stirrer who can't learn, this trial period will solidify his place in the community as such. We've had permabanned players, myself included, people with more notes than brain cells, Karmac, and everything in between who have applied and turned out better for it.

His past history is not good. I'm not gonna lie, it's pretty dogshit, but at some point you've gotta look past it and give a nigga chance. If he fucks up horribly, Ed/Imperator_Titan is reliable enough to get him out and smack him hard enough not to do it again. But that's just my two cents.

TL;DR, genuinely not much harm can happen from a trial, we've had worse and saltier people on staff, Ed can handle problems.
