You seem to have a good knowledge of the Aliens universe. I feel like- character wise- we have enough weapons, armor and uniforms to appear like part of the Aliens universe. But environmental wise, we're not quite there.

You seem to have a knack for movie details. Do you think you would be able to Aliens-ify the environmental details and objects on the Sulaco and elsewhere?

I can sure try. What do you think I should do next: maybe new chairs for the shuttle?

Go through the server and find 2-3 objects you'd like to Aliens-ify on the Sulaco

That would be excellent. Think of that as your test!

I made one of those table ornament things, though it still needs a good bit of work. As far as my test, I'm thinking of the dropship seats, the food vendors, and possibly a terminal.

Interesting trivia. Those gyro ornaments from Aliens and the drinking bird toys that you see in the first movie and Isolation are used as an early warning for an artificial gravity loss. If there's a change in the system, the toy stops working before the crew notices the loss in gravity.

It looks cool, but i dont think anyone would relate this to something specifically aliens oriented.

I look forward to it! I'd like to make the Sulaco look more like it does in the movies.

Maybe new sprites for the lockers and consoles to make them more Aliens-esque?

I finished the armory locker. There are a total of nine variations included with three doors and three tubs.

The tubs have:
Nothing
A low shelf
A coat hangar and a bar

The doors have:
Nothing
A calendar
A pinup poster

Every state is included in the Google Drive link. Below are a few examples.

As far as spriting goes, I'm thinking of making Drake's vest for smartgunners.
Only knew about the M16s :O

I like them! Only things I would change would be to decrease the depth of the locker (how far back it extends) and to add some detail to the inside.

It's intentionally larger than the current lockers, though I can bring it back. These were made to mach the ones from the movie, being wider, deeper, and shorter than the current ones. Other than the large angle on top (couldn't reproduce due to sprite size and perspective) and the fact that they're standalone, they're pretty darn accurate to the movie. As far as interior details, what did you mean? I could bump the contrast on the interior gradient if that's what you mean. Otherwise, I can add pictures taped to the inside and other things a marine would keep.

I got a bit frustrated with spriting the dropship seats because they're really a four person bench. I ended up spriting Lucky Strikes for the marines.

I had to take a little liberty with the shuttle seats as the Cheyenne dropship doesn't actually have seats in the back and the APC has benches for seats. I'm going to mess with the bars a bit tomorrow. Here's the seat with the buckled and unbuckled state.

The colors seem a little intense. Especially the green. Maybe add a little more shading to it too, and a little color to the grey.

That's the plan. I didn't even plan on starting this one until tomorrow. As far as the locker goes, what did you mean by adding more detail to the inside of the locker? There's at least as much on the new ones.

I like the detail that you added to the inside of the door. The back of the locker, which is a standard grey, looks a little lackluster by comparison. It either needs some type of detail, shading or color.

Definitely. I'm happy with the shape, but tomorrow, I'm going to redo the color.

Unfortunately, so were the ones from the movie.

The back is actually a gradient, though I can bump the contrast and add a few pictures or something taped to the inside.

I see a lot of unused space you could be filling up. Try adding some shading too. Imagine where shadows would fall on the object and where light would hit.

How's that look?

As far as the locker goes, here's a handful of the 18 combinations (really 15 without KeyWii's blowup doll) that I've made. This one's back panel has a higher contrast and more detail than the current locker's back panel. I'm not sure what else to add as the shadowing is natural. This is the current gradient from bottom to top.

Probably be good if you put him in the standard marine gear to make sure it meshes well.

That would require me to have the BDU and armor sprite which I've asked for and was told, "no." Besides, the placeholder is there so that you can see what parts are above the player and what is below.

He gets my 1+ These sprites look amazing.
