Looks good to me on the technical side, good showcase of style ability. For the gameplay side, it would be a bit cramped, but otherwise it looks fully playable if cut into a map

That looks stupidly pretty. I love the logic behind the design, makes it come all together as a believable, coherent, whole.
3 questions, just to see if I understand it-
Garbage gets sent to the RO's for offworld shipment? All non-rines except the officers bunk in the top-right module? And what's the one-tile powered thing to the left of the paradeground? Comms?
Mentor-

Atmos bombs built- 16
Hull breaches repaired- 6
Charged SMs manually dragged to space- 2
Backup tcomms systems set- 4
SM de-lamination weapons detonated- 0
Times I've burned half the ship to a crisp- 5
Times I've burned half the ship to a crisp ACCIDENTALLY- 2
Engine SMs de-laminated on my watch- 0

Upper deck engines made-1
Lower deck engines made-1

Total kills with SM- 6

Most surgeries done at once- 3
Most anesthetic tanks used in a round- 3
Most surgeries done using only personal supplies- 37
Most perdiox made w/in 5 min of roundstart- 540u

Looks great overall. It is very nice aesthetically, and the only thing I can think to add is that the LO might have an awkward time putting the trash onto the square shuttle by his office since there aren't conveyors or anything, but that's such an insignificant piece of information it probably wasn't even worth mentioning.

Thanks, design philosophy was pretty much form-follows-function, idea being that it would turn out like a functional military base if it was designed that way.

The garbage could be shipped offworld on the shuttle, but I suppose most of it would just be dumped outside the base using the cargo trolley, given that there's barely anyone around to complain.

Yep, the doctors, engineers, MPs and RO sleep in the general quarters. I originally considered chucking their beds into where they work, but those modules are cramped enough as it is.

The "one-tile powered thing" is the general APC for the compound, powering all outdoor equipment and lights.

Sat. Does it have comms, or too small of an outpost for that?

It's a fairly small outpost, so comms could come from an orbiting satellite. I must admit to forgetting about comms, but it wouldn't be difficult to chuck an all-in-one server in the command module, or have a full-sized telecomms suite in a separate "square" module.

I can dig it. As long as you play well with others, you've got my support.

I am not able to actually play the map in the latest Bay release; if you are using an older version, what commit is it?

Really great map. I love that you came up with a basic scenario with drop pods, and kept consistent with that idea throughout the entire facility. Building placement is pretty much perfect, I might've swapped the Barracks and Cargo myself but still no complaints, and you put enough variation with paths, walls, etc. in to keep the whole thing from looking like a grid while also maintaining a rigid marine-like structure.

This is an easy +1 for me to give and I hope I'll be seeing you on the team soon.

Looks like Bay underwent some major code changes recently. I don't have access to my main computer at the moment, but I would try reverting back to around mid-October. Sorry for the trouble, heh.

We discussed this with devstaff and decided we'll accept you on.

Message me when you are ready to co-ordinate getting setup.
