Description of the incident: I was unfairly given a warning and told I broke the "roleplay rule" even though I didn't act in any way that would violate the rule. I do not feel that I deserved to be warned for role play simply because he did not like the way I was roleplaying. I believe he was in the wrong for doing this.

How you would punish the accused: I would have him reprimanded for this. While he should not be demoted he should be reprimanded for this.

Considering I was the CO I will explain, having woken up late the first thing I hear is Daquan shouting over the radio like a madman barely forming coherent sentences, I order him to stop of course he doesn't, and he continues his "Hoodie" character directly ignoring the needs of engineering and overall being a pain in the arse. The fact that you made this report will probably net you a ban for your dumb behavior when a senior staff sees this.

Youre allowed a gimmick to your character, stand by while someone investigates the chat logs though.
Theres a limit between "Stereotypical Russian", "Generic Black Character", "Drunk Irishmen" and "Casual Mexican".

All of the above is an acceptable stereotype and roleplay character to play as.
However, if the level of RP isn't acceptable and it becomes low RP... a warning will be acceptable.

One in every four messages that your character sent there was the word "nigga". This was being inconvenient for some players, I even received two ahelps complaining about your character.

There are many people who roleplay the way I don't like if I warned them all it would be unfair. I warned you because your behavior was bothering some players and reached a point where you were low roleplaying.
A maintenance technician wouldn't act like you did. Even though we are a medium roleplay server, you crossed the line.

How the hell did you think that it was ok to be so blatantly racist?

Its one thing to RP a black stereotype, another to use it for blatant racism.

The occasional "nigga" or "nigger" is ok if its being RPed, youre just throwing it around everywhere.

I was on during this round. You went WAY overboard with this gimmick right into Low RP territory.

A marine wouldn't act like this. You treatment of Alan Jones, your superior, is particularly egregious.

I feel like, you need to be banned from CM for such racism.

If Anything, we should warn the staff member for being so lenient.
