What rule(s) were broken: Rule 2- Roleplay(Was mute until he was brigged 30 minutes into the round) , Rule 3 - Don't be a dick(was disruptive through comms, and wasted an SL slot and did not perform at all during the round)

Description of the incident: In the beginning of the round, Adel was Delta SL, and didn't say a word and didn't wear a helmet for the SO's helmet cams. It wasn't after Adel was brigged where they constantly spouted weird metaphorical nonsense and really weird Low RP stuff ("I have a wife who's Russian. She has sexy feet.") <-- ??? It was disruptive due to the SL's larger text, and it was relatively constant. Adel essentially wasted a Squad Leader slot where communication and coordination was exceptionally important that round, and Adel had failed in their duties.

Evidence (screenshots, logs, etc):None, but the logs can be pulled up.Characters Ysabel Buttersworth(Delta SO) and Pablo Duncan (Delta Spec) can be considered reliable witnesses.

How you would punish the accused:Hopefully a warning or possibly a job ban if Adel was a repeat offender. It was very obvious from his behavior that he was clearly trolling, both IC and in Dchat.

He basically went SL to get brigged and then just spent the whole round spouting senseless bullshit on radio comms. He did ZERO leading.

I was Ysabel Buttersworth, the Delta Staff Officer.

This incident happened after I manned my Overwatch station, and noticed the Squad Leader (Adel) didn't have a helmet on. I asked them to put one on a few times, getting no response. I saw they were in the Req line through Pablo Duncan's helmet camera. After yelling at the SL to talk, or communicate in any way, I asked an MP to make sure they didn't deploy without a helmet (for Overwatch purposes). Most of Delta had landed planetside by this point, so I was occupied with that, although a bit later the CMP told me that Adel had been brigged for insubordination, and also disarming the MP. I don't know exactly what went down with them after that, since I had already assigned a new aSL via Overwatch and all that. I know Adel got put into isolation in the Brig, although not exactly why. It wasn't until they'd been in the brig for a while that they actually said their first words.

I don't know if they were intentionally griefing, just wanted to be SL for the special stuff, or didn't know any English at all, but I don't think this person should be SL again until they understand that it's a critical role that expects communication.

Player seems to be especially new. As such, only a note will be placed to monitor for future behaviour of this sort as we don't exactly punish for being brand new to the game. I'd recommend ahelping for a mentor or the sorts in the future.
