Description of the incident: Guy picked MP then ran around doing annoying shit to marines in order to piss them off. Examples include picking up people's req items while they're standing at the window and running off with them and running into people while they try to get in line over and over and over. Finally got pissed off enough after he shoved me out of the req line about 15 times to sock him in the face. In response, he punched me back... Then tasered me and brigged me for the entire round (which was an event round, btw). He then left me in the brig cell EVEN AFTER the announcement about the enemy boarding the almayer, which directly led to me getting murdered in my cell with 0 chance to actually do anything. This can be corroborated by whoever plays Todd Moore - that player was also there, and was also griefed by the exact same person. He also died, and never got a chance to actually play.

If I hear that this is an "IC issue," I'm going to be fucking pissed. If someone's motivation for doing something in-game is that they think it's funny IRL, that is not an IC issue. That is using the game as a medium to troll.

Evidence (screenshots, logs, etc): I didn't take screenshots as it was happening, so there's no way I could have "evidence." Also, the logs in the chat window of BYOND disappear when they scroll too far up, which happens a lot on CM because of the verb spam from guns being fired and shit. Just look at the chat logs on the server or ask Frans_Feiffer for more details.

How you would punish the accused: Ban them forever. Their sole purpose for playing the game is to get a cheap laugh from messing with other players. Letting them continue to play will only detract from the experience for everyone else.

Asking for a perma-ban is a little excessive. That said, as RO, I was seeing a few shenanigans from the MP while manning the req line.

I was the CO, The MPS blatantly left the prisoners to be killed and were causing havoc during briefing. Ginger may be salty but they do have a point, the CMP was definitely there to grief and to ruin people's event round.

I was the XO that round, i saw him and Todd be brigged, i asked javier to increase your time in brig after you insulted me when i was trying to make them work, but like you said, javier and alondra (the cmp) were extremely incomoetent that round, constantly disobeyed or didn't care about Co and Xo (me) order when we told them to guard research and the cic. Alondra at the start of the round got in a fight with bravo smartgunner and instead of using non lethals like tazer or flash, started to punch him in briefing which escalated the situation and more marines started to fight in briefing until i saw what was happening as XO and flashed all the marines causing trouble.
I Ahelped Cmps baldness but staff didn't pay too much attention to me, cmp even admitted to be new at the role over ooc. About javier, i think he just wanted to mess with marines that round because when i tried to get his attention while he was with ginger in the brig, he just kind of ignored me, and MPs were very important that round due to a centcom announcent at the start of the round that said that some marines were suspicious of subversive activities or something like that. I think alondra should be job banned from CMP for incompetence and breaking marine law (insubordination) as for javier, he kind of broke the insubordination law by not paying attention to me when i was ordering him to do stuff, but it was kind of understanable when he was supposedly guarding the prisoners in brig while the cmp was out doing gods know what.

I pulled many logs on this but they were lost in a computer crash, however I found that Frans Fiefer did handle the PM and determined the arrest was IC because you did punch the MP and resisted arrest.

You should have sent a ahelp if you thought the MP was breaking marine law and not have punched him as it lead to your arrest for assault and resisting arrest

Because he at first left me in the brig cell without setting the timer, which the moderator guy saw, it's in part of the notes that were posted, and then he added more time to it later on because I said bad words at him out of anger.

When the UPP arrived on the ship, he was standing outside my brig cell for about 2 minutes while I continuously begged him to let me out, and he just ignored me and ran off. Skip forward a few more minutes, and the UPP open my cell and kill me while I'm naked with no chance to defend myself.

By the time this happened, the round was at 12:50 operations time, which means I was in the brig for way longer than 25 minutes. I was brigged like 5-10 minutes into the round.

Was just in a round today that ended around 4:40pm central. Javier Focell was an MP again and broke marine law multiple times on multiple counts of insubordination.

I was a PO.

He refused orders and even told the CO "Fuck you." He proceeded to climb into a cryo pod and then taunt while inside.

He was then c4 BE'd.

This guy should not be anywhere near the MP role.

I know it isnt about this PARTICULAR report, but the guy named Javier Focell SHOULD NOT BE PLAYING MP AT ALL. He cannot be trusted with the power that the role carries.

Here is a chatlog of events that happened in another round to show that the guy is an absolute shitter of an MP and person.

From what I can tell, the guy wanted to arrest the CE because they wouldnt fucking fix a light at a security checkpoint. Then his powertrip came to an abrupt end when his sueprior officers kept telling him to shut up. Just read the chatlog for yourself.
