Description of the incident:

I was a survivor on Prison Station. After 12 minutes of basically being AFK in a dark corner, hiding from ayys, I found the Marines. The Marines took me up to the shuttle, and from there, I walked my way to the Bridge. I asked to be let in to speak to the Commander, and he came to let me in. As I entered, I expressed my desire to go back down and fight. He refused, and continually asked me to be his 'servant', at one point even demanding that I go and get him food, while pointing at the floor.

No longer wishing to be apart of this weird fetish RP, I asked to go and fight again. This continued, until eventually we moved into the exterior room of the bridge. I asked to be let out. He asked me if I was defying orders. I told him to let me out again, and then I was battlefield executed.

My only insult was calling you a creep, because you were acting like one. I didn't want to be your servant in RP either. You can call it RP however much you want, but the fact of the matter is, you BE'd someone for little to no reason. It wasn't like I pulled a gun on you or threatened to shoot anyone.

A Survivor comes up to your CIC. You pretty much forced them to stay in your CIC, asked them to be your servant(Not really befitting of an officer). This is the weirdest part honestly. But the BE just for the insults. There has to be a point where you need to think. Would someone be summarily executed for something like this?

As the Moderator who handled the Ahelp and encouraged the player to make this report i would like to say something about this.

Valkrae Ahelped asking if they could shoot their way out of CIC, i told them to RP their way out and they did (proud of you). Doing the right thing however, ended up being detrimental to their round.
Things like this are what encourage players to lower their standards and go for the easy way out risking themselves to a ban. why should i bother RPing if it is going to ruin my round?.

I think that atleast a severe warning is in order. however, this is up to Emerald.

Chen i and others have spoken to you many times regarding the rules. While it pains me to say this you do indeed need to realize your wrongdoing and that will most likely be getting a punishment handed down from this player report. Not in any realm of circles would it be okay to execute a civilian for insulting you. This has gone too far. You essentially executed them for refusing to be their servant. That should NOT be happening.

We've had repeat problems with Cheng for things like BE's and given we're cracking down on CO, Cheng will have his CO removed for the time being. It should be noted that Cheng was given warnings prior to this event. He's free to ask for it to be reinstated following the new whitelist reinstatement rules.
