Right, so with what I've been told about this report, the only thing that I would directly call LRP would be the whole sleepy/karmac shooting. There was another thing that happened after this report and I'm willing to let that one go as roleplay. With these two events, I'm not going to suspend or remove Karmac, though I do expect less problematic RP when the CO rework hits either tomorrow or Monday.
Resolved - Trusting Karmac not to make things worse in the future is a reasonable plan, don't question it.
