As a marine, he killed humans marines he found alone. Not sure which rule was broken, you tell me.
Description of the incident:
Simply put: he grabbed a stunbaton and bashed heads in.

How you would punish the accused:
Simply put, he was there to fuck up the round. He took advantage of the fact that there were no admins online at the time of the incident.
A permaban would be nice.

If you would permaban a player, you owe it to him to look into his logs and hear his side of the story. And if you cannot bear to do that, then perhaps the player does not deserve to be banned.

I had to deal with this guy before the clean slate, and he generally had no understanding of the premise of the server. I saw absolutely no RP from him, and he comes back now and this is the first thing he does it seems. Doesn't look very good at all.
