Hacking menu no longer updates mid-hack

Bug Description: If you start hacking something by opening up the panel and getting into the wires, you'll open up a hacking terminal and be able to do the usual things you're able to do on it. However, when trying to pulse a wire, the terminal won't update, meaning you have to completely exit out of it then get back into the hacking terminal to see the results of what you did. This makes hacking things pretty much impossible because you need to do so much trial and error to get it to work at all and getting the wires takes ages longer than it used to.


Steps to reproduce:
1. Open up a hacking terminal on any piece of equipment
2. Pulse a wire
3. Nothing changes, you have to exit out of it then go back in to get it to update
