[NOT BUG]Bioscan report one less unknown lifeform planetside

Bug Description: 1 Queen onboard, the rest planetside. The map is Big Red but LV also has this problem, there was once the last Runner on LV planetside but Bioscan said no unknown lifeform onboard or planetside.

1. Wait bioscan

The bioscan isnt ment to be accurate for planetside numbers, only shipside.

U comrpain about Marine nerfs? Dingdong bannu. U comprain about grorrious adminnu? O yoo betta bereev dat's a bannu. It has come to my Grorrious attention dat nasty trorr has been imidatingu me on serveru, dis is a shamfrul dispray and unacceptaboo so dey ding dong bannu. It doesn't count SSD afaik, that might be why.

it's supposed to be approximate, it's only exact on the ship for marines or on the planet for xenos.
