2. Go to Sulaco engineering, engine monitoring
3. Use crowbar to pry off the floor covers from around the vent.

Bug Description: The vent system in Sulaco Engineering monitoring room is not mapped properly. it is possible to siphon the air but its impossible to refill it in normal way.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Start as CE/MT/Engineer on Sulaco
2. Go to Sulaco engineering, engine monitoring
3. Use crowbar to pry off the floor covers from around the vent.

Can confirm, seen this myself. Thought it was just off at first, but it just isn't mapped.
