HISTORY
The third child born to an american engineer and a british scientist aboard a research station in orbit above mars. Markus spent most of his childhood playing in the gray steel hallways and never seems comfortable outside of space stations and ships. His parents lack of ability to pay for any more education after high school lead Markus to joining the USCM at the age of 18. Markus has had a severely intense career in the corps. Markus lost his right leg and left arm to an IED on a the colony world of "plate" a colony on the edge of settled space during the third syndicate insurgency. This further reinforced his hatred of the ground and earned him a purple heart in the process.
RELATIONS
Markus is neither married or has children and he rarely speaks to his mother and father. His two siblings avoid speaking with him at all costs thanks to various disdain for his career choice.
