"Yes, I am aware of Sulaco's infamous reputation as thirteenth Conestoga-class vessel. People just don't seem to understand that the ship serves you well, if you serve it well."

- Barnes when offered an opportunity to work on another Conestoga-class ship.

Name: Clark Barnes

Aliases: N/A

Date of Birth: 2149 Mars 23th

Rank: Commander

Blood type: 0-

Medical conflicts: Slight hearing defect in the left ear

Hair colour: Dark Brown

Eye colour: Brown
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Mental status: Stable

Morale/Motivation: Usually high, worrying how the family is doing decreases this a little

Status: Alive, clean crime record

Physical status: Healthy
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Personality (strenghts and weaknesses): Strong-willing, Empathic, Inspiring, Impatient, Arrogant

Personality description: As an officer Barnes tends to attempt give his subordinates as simple and clear orders as possible. He might seem rather angry and dominant if he is confronted, but is still enough sympathetic to prioritize his men's well-being over the mission success if required. He takes his duty very seriously and gets impatient if things don't go as planned, but is very relaxed and a person with a sense of humour otherwise.

Department relationships

LOYAL - LIKED - NEUTRAL - DISLIKED - HOSTILE

USCM High Command - LOYAL "I am just a soldier who follows orders, just like everyone else."

Command staff - LIKED "My fellow officers, CMO and CE have almost always been reliable. I am pretty sure I can trust them in the future as well."

Corporate Liason - DISLIKED "I have a bad feeling about this person. He has always something in his mind that is not related to normal objectives and routines on the ship. I need to keep an eye on him and make sure he doesn't walk on the thin ice."

Military Police - LIKED "Many marines often complain about MPs, you always hear the same "MPs are shit!", but many don't understand that they are people too and only do their job to earn a living. They have a high stress and their job is thankless. That's why I appreciate them."

Marines - NEUTRAL "Most of them are serving exemplary. There are still some bad apples who ruin the day for the command staff, but I won't judge all of them because of one or two bad marines."

Medical/Research staff - LIKED "Doctors are often very busy working on medicine and ensuring welfare of our crew. Research staff earns our vessel honor with their experiments."

Maintenance/Cargo Technicians - LIKED "They are the reason running our ship and carrying out field operations is possible. With out electricity we would be nothing. With out constant supply nobody can fight."

Well yeah, I thought about adding character's background story but I think it would make it too long dossier. So I just focused on telling how he is like as a person.

A good way to whip up a new dossier layout.

Good read too.
George S.Patton once said:No bastard ever won a war by dying for his country. He won it by making some other poor dumb bastard die for his country.

I don't like cute things.

Good hunting.
