Mercenary's often have highly sought after weaponry of altering effectiveness, such as the high damage SVD rifle. This will cover the equipment mercenary's come with, starting with Iron Bears. Correct me when I'm wrong and please add post info on Dutch's Dozen, PMC's and especially any Death Squad info

Bear pelt hat on his head.

MAR-30 battle carbine (30 round capacity + 60 if extended mag) / PPSh-17b submachine gun (35 round capacity)
Korovin PK-9 pistol / Mateba autorevolver

All ERT shuttles have a lifesaver bag, medkit, toolbelt, and full toolbox on them.

ERT shuttles need extra ammo for their guns.

the IB sergeant can also sometimes spawn with a dragunov. standard bears may also occasionally spawn with automags, and mar 40's. Also note that wearing any pmcs equipment, while making you look cool, also makes you dead, as it provides no protection to anyone but the ert guy.
