  • Our official Discord server (“Discord”).
  • Our official Twitch channel’s chat (“Twitch”).
  • Our connected Application Programming Interface (API) and any other backend services that connect, track, or link user accounts across these platforms.

Limitations:

  • Requesting deletion is irreversible and will result in the permanent removal of your account, game progress, and associated data.
  • We may decline requests that are excessively repetitive, require disproportionate technical effort, or jeopardize the privacy of others.
  • We cannot fulfill deletion requests for data that we are legally required to maintain.
  • We will not delete data related to moderation and ban records.

8. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Our Services are not intended for or directed at children under the age of 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and become aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately so we may take steps to remove such information.
