If the person had an issue with how they were going to be executed or treated in this situation, they need to make the report. If you had zero interaction with the MPs and we’re not a victim of them violating marine law you cannot make a report as a third party.
For clarification purposes, any firearm can technically be used for execution by firing squad, we’ve ruled it’s a marine law violation to do something cruel IE: beating someone to death, choking them to death, crushing them with a DS.
