Description of the incident: This is a report I am making on the basis of behavior observed through the CM discord that affects the ingame enjoyment of other players as well as constituing a breach of ingame rules.
Xenomorph DMT, also known via discord tag DEADmetal, posted earlier today on the #cm-discussion channel about a ban they had received for larva rushing and admitting that they had utilized ghost knowledge regarding survivors to act upon after they revived. They attempted to justify this usage of ghost knowledge as 'xeno hivemind' but Firecharge dished out a one day ban regardless (extended to a three day ban after DEADmetal insulted the moderator).
This report would be a Player report rule 9 break if not for the fact that DEADmetal later admitted rather openly on the discord that they constantly use ghost knowledge to their advantage as Xeno. Keep in mind this is a Prime Xenomorph player with over a thousand hours in the game, and they have repeatedly abused of their ghost status to obtain metaknowledge of the game for their advantage.
Accused was very clear on this, resorting to the same justification of xeno hivemind and retorting that they 'did not get a warning for it previously'. This is not a justification for a rule break.
Given this newfound knowledge, I believe staff should take a relook into DEADmetal/DMT's sentence because the gravity of his actions have increased considerably after he admitted to using ghost knowledge for a long time now. They seemed to be completely uncaring that this is a gross rulebreak and overlooked it while stating that others were 'coping' about them and metatargetting them for being a good lurker player, or whatever.
