Description of the incident:

Jack Daniels proceeded to call frantically for MPs. As I was the only one awake, I left my assignment by the XO to assist him in the req line. When I arrived, he told me his grandpa had a birthday. Then started attacking me with a wrench for no reason. When I detained him for attacking me, he started chanting 'harder'.
