Description of the incident I was playing as MST, up to my usual shenanigans, stealing corpses from the morgue for consumption and then make a public display of me cooking the corpse as usual.
The CMP (Cayden Mary) heard about what i was doing and came into into the kitchen, we spoke and when he realises he can't stop me and that the situation looks like its going to blow, he reasonably pulled out his revolver.
I then screeched at him my supervillain line then blasted him with my rifle, a short but brutal gunfight ensues causing me to crit and got me cuffed, thrown into the slammer.
I still dont get how this was Improper Escalation, i read the rules in the wiki and i believe i had a proper RP reason to open fire on Cayden because he pulled a gun on me, if someone was to pull a gun on me i wouldnt be running at him with my fist, i would shoot.
I would like for the note to be removed as this was a terrible enforcement of the rules and i believe Warfarin should get his nuts slapped for this (reprimand or whatever you do)
