Description of the incident:

I was in briefing as a grenadier spec, spinning my self in a chair. When a MP comes up to me and punches me. I pick him up and throw him against the crane. Then the MP comes at me with non-lethals which I retaliate against. The CO proceeds to stop the MP, I stop aswell then the. CO comes up to me and BE's me. He then announces "Charlie Specialist Trofimov has been battlefield executed for attacking an MP and distrupting briefing."

First of, I find it unfair that I get the blame pinned on me after the MP started it first. This all also happened right infront of the CO. The MP got free of this without a warning, considering both of us are of equal rank.

MP was the one who punched me. I've seen it, and I've litterally copied logs from the chat starting from the beginning to the end of the incident.

Right.

Your report says that Greg, the MP, punched you. However Forest's logs show that it was someone else that punched you.

Regardless, if Greg did punch you it was likely not on purpose seeing as he unbuckled you right after. Your sprite would have blocked the chair behind you making it difficult to accurately click it.

In any case, I did say to stop and the MP stopped, however you also continued to run around before throwing the flash away. I have no qualms about BEing someone, specialist role or not, after I JUST warned everyone else to listen up and stop dicking around.

I Also have stopped away from the MP line of sight, BUT you proceeded to BE me. Also Forest Logs are incorrect and start a bit too early.

I just said that I warned everyone present at briefing to stop dicking around and to pay attention or else I would start BEing people. I also just explained how from my perspective, the MP was trying to unbuckle you but accidently punched you due to the sprite spinning. You were actively disrupting briefing seeing as you ran around and took the MPs flash, forcing him to chase you and catch attention. I have BE'd people for disrupting briefings in the past and this is no different.

From your perspective that is. The MP is the exact same rank as me and can not order me. Yet if he had not unbuckled me non of this would have happened. Who unbuckled people with harm intent? Me running away from the MP trying to not get brigged means you PB me? The MP was also present and if he landed a hit I’ll be in brig but you decided a specialist dead is better than in brig for 15 minutes.

If you are disrupting briefing, which you were, then yeah, I'm going to BE you after I warned EVERYONE to stop dicking around. Your role as specialist does not make you immune to being BE'd. You even continued to resist arrest when you could have easily stopped when I said stop, went to the brig, and then appealed. I am going to stop replying to this as I've already said my piece.
