Description of the incident:

-Rolled spec and took G4.
-Went to line. Cant remember if im the 3rd or the 4th one.

-CMP tells me he/she "saw something that i was doing"
-Told her what the hell is he/her problem(Because i know i didnt break ML). Told me to respect him/her.
-When i asked what i did. He/She told me i skipped lines.

-(I was kinda Semi-SSD because of the MIDI and was alt tabbing when i was in line. I was in help intent(?) so i dont know whether if i stole someone of their spot. When i asked the captain if i was skipping lines he just shrugged and gave me my stuff. No marines called me out at all when i "skipped lines" so i think i really didnt skip)

-I told everyone on alpha comms that the CMP is accusing me of skipping lines. Told everyone on why he/she asks for respect when hes/shes doing bullshit.

-I thought it ended there. CMP went into alpha prep to escalate the line skipping situation. Asked me to go out of my prep. I didnt comply because shes stirring shit up which should've been done now. (I ahelped at this part and the mod that was online was AFK.)
-Pulls a tazer on me and missed shots and shot lots of alpha that was standing up for me. I disarm intent two of her tazers and put it in my prep. Also when i disarm intent her baton i accidentally clicked on it thus stunning me.

-LOOCed because of salt. Told him/her that i didnt break marine law.

-When i got stunned he/she prodded me into paincrit. Not harm baton. (I ahelped again but the Mod is still AFK. I asked for help in the discord staff help. and forest2001 replied and tried to handle my case)

-CMP put me in brig for these charges.

-(2x resisting arrest, 3x assault(for push intents) and 2x theft(for the tazers i put in my prep. Which he/she has access to?) And disrespect for calling him/her out?(see evidence)

-Then forest2001 asked me of what happened in PMs and i told him the story. I didnt bother with the salt so i just ghosted also giving a spec slot to someone.
-Mod forest2001 was at work and i didnt want to bother him of his work too
-CMP LOOCed that the admins are talking to him.

Just to add that the spec is a hard to get role. I wont break marine law if i roll spec or cause roundstart shenanigans. Also people know OOCLY that i dont cut lines EVER. The last round start shenanigans or LRP i did was driving a tank in briefing after that im trying to clear my notes so that i can apply for mentor and a synth/captain whitelist.

CMP didnt know how marine law works. Tried to stack offenses on non stackable offenses. If he/she did set my time it would be
15 minutes for disrespecting
20 minutes for resisting arrest
20 minutes for theft
and 45 minutes for assault.

Even if he was following ML it would've taken me out most of the round and jeopardizing the whole operation because of him/her brigging the spec.(Thats why i ghosted too./+ Salt)
Notice that he those charges are from the marine prep and not in the requisitions lines? In the first place he/she was the one who escalated this. He/She did more shittery following me in the alpha prep.

No idea what was going on; the Spec did nothing wrong while in the Req line, so they shouldn't have been brigged in the first place.

I was busy commanding so I didn't know what happened after he got brigged; I thought admins handled it so I didn't bother pardoning Lily.

To add with the evidence that he was trying to fuck me over for "RP" please look at the round end OOC logs with his ckey.
Im pretty sure that he "lowkey" said something about me in OOC Chat.

As specialist that round i cant be damned about the "RP" stuff since i was preparing.

Me having aggression against the CMP on round start was because of the false accusation.

and as swagile said i should've not been brigged in the first place since i was not breaking ML and also most of my "Crimes" is because of him escalating the situation from a false offense. Which is quite BS to be honest.

Just a heads up. The reported player may not respond as they were punished for breaking marine law two days ago, and got extremely toxic with the responding staff before claiming they are leaving the community.

If you just listened to the CMP, you probably wouldn't have even had an issue. All the charges you racked up with from you escalating things further. If you listened and you got unfairly treated, then you can ahelp and things would have been dealt with accordingly but if you're going to make it big deal ICly, you can't complain when you get an IC reaction from the CMP. Resolved, no action required.
