It's been a month since my previous appeal and I figure I'd give this another shot. I haven't gotten many serious notes lately, my latest one is about spamming... grab intent it seems. I think I've shown that I've improved as a player.

Given that you got a ban for IC in OOC the day you made after this appeal and later this note:
Banned |Duration: 1440 minutes|Reason: Improper Escalation. After being shot once by the RO, decided to unload into them with an auto shotgun (buckshot) until they were dead. Was shot because they were trying to force requisitions to 'stay open' | Thu, April 25th of 2019
You're not showing improvement and the best I can expect is another incident like this currently. You need to go over the month without breaking rules or doing things you've been warned about already.
This appeal is denied and another can be made on June 1st.
