I haven't been banned, but I once had trouble joining a sever because it said I was banned. If I remember correctly it's because I was on a mac at the time and had to use a windows emulator to play, which was marked as banned or something. That isn't the case this time though, I'm on a windows computer, so I don't know what the problem is

I don't know why I'm banned, I was able to play the other night with no issue and I've only recently even tried this server, so I'm not really clear on what I did wrong here, I thought I was quite well behaved. There was no notification, I just suddenly couldn't play today. I'm not sure what multi-keyer means, but if it means I was using macros, I was only using the ones suggested in the wiki. I'm really at a loss on this one, please help.

No, Neither. I'm on a legit copy of Windows 10 (I don't know why anyone would pirate windows 10 when they let you use it for free forever anyways), and I don't use a VPN at all.

I've looked and couldn't find any rule against double posting on here, so I apologize if there is one and I missed it. I just want to find out if there was any movement on this. After some research I've come to understand the original issue to mean that I'm accused of using multiple accounts, but I definitely haven't done that. This issue also started at the same time I was having issues connecting to byond hub, so I'm wondering if that is somehow related. If there is any information I can give to expedite this I'd be more than happy too. I'm pretty sure I didn't break any rules, and it sounds like this was an issue server side. Although I am wondering if I tried to connect to this server a while back from my mac with the windows emulator and now I'm associated with that, and as I understand it, that signature would likely be shared with anyone else using it? I'm not 100% sure, but if that's the case I think just removing that association would fix the problem, and prevent future issues.

Basically you have to wait for emeraldblood to process this.
At the moment we're having some issues with some of our files so I dont have a timeframe for you, but you in the queue to get it fixed.

Your account had been banned for a while, which usually isn't a good thing. That said, this ban has given us problems in the past with certain people and you don't have any problematic notes so it should be lifted now. If it's not, contact me or Soldier.
