I live on a military base using a local internet service provider. The reason for the first ban was that I was likely assigned an IP previously used by someone that broke the rules. CCRWasHere is the only Byond account I have ever owned and operated; any accounts other than CCRWasHere do not belong to me.
Why the ban system has targeted me again, I do not know. I very much enjoy playing on this server, and have been enjoying it for a long time now without ANY rule breaks. I was having fun playing after the previous appeal was accepted. I hope this error is hastily resolved.
