This is a -1 from me as well. I don't feel like a lot of effort was put into the appeal, and without a vouch, I just can't support this.

Get a voucher from another server, erp's the most serious rule break and bans placed for it aren't going to be lifted without good reason. Getting an assurance of good behavior from another server gives us at least one, -1 for now.

Simply put, I'd suggest you play on another server enough to prove to us you've changed for the better. You don't have to play 24/7 or be flawless during it but if you put enough time in another sever over the next month, as well as getting a postive voucher from them, we'll let you have a probation period on our server. Until then, this is denied. Make a new appeal in a month after doing what I just stated.
