Heres the website on the idea of opening up the house of representives.

So i guess theres some new political idea floating around about the house of representatives being too small for our country, and that its artificially small due to an old law in 1900's. There proposing the idea that the house of representatives should be opened up. Im not really seeing a big negative here, and its kinda interesting always to see how rules can be sometimes arbitrary instead of logical.

it's a bill that will be interesting to see happen, but won't because of Mitch "turtle" McConnell.
