I just can't take CM seriously, as a community I mean.

If you cant take the community seriously, why should you be a part of it?

I have a hard time believing this statement when a part of your responses is:

The game is fine but like 90% of the players act like they barely have the brain capacity of a 9 year old.

Frankly, this appeal is bad. Your opening appeal wasn't great, And your responses were awful.

You really need to reconsider your outlook, should you wish to appeal again.
