First off, Paynter is already banned from MP/CMP, so that part of the report is handled.
Regarding Huey, he says when explaining the chair disassembly job:

[16:20:59]SAY: Huey Jazzton: DO NOT WALK AWAY
That is likely the order you did not follow, as he believed you were leaving when you were getting tools. That part is fine. Regarding Huey griefing Req, I don't see anything like that. He ordered you guys to write stuff down, which is fine, then the chair thing happened. He believed you did not follow his order to not walk away, so he called the MPs about it. Which is fine.
So, Resolved - Paynter is banned from MP/CMP already, and no action will be taken against Huey.
