Description of the incident:

I was a Delta Marine on Big Red, and the marines were cleaning up the remnants of the Hive. There was a predator, Vul-Kash, who was stalking my squad near south LZ2. I followed Vul-Kash to LZ2, alone, and began a fair fight there. I fighting him with my shotgun, by myself, and not using any dishonorable tactics. During this fight, as Vul-Kash was on his last leg, when he landed a lucky knockdown on me. While I was stunned and helpless on the ground, Vul-Kash executed me with his wrist scimitar and beheaded me for a trophy. This is a clear violation of the Predator Honor Code on stun-killing worthy prey

This is up to the rest of the Council. Whatever the outcome, I can't do anything about it anymore. Sorry.

As seen within all the evidence, yes, I was..could say salty, or whatever. I indeed agree with the player's report. I was not trying to hear anything from anyone. I confused the rule with the new actual one, where now preds are able to kill RUNNERS and LURKERS that POUNCE and get stunlocked. Obviously a marine is nothing like a runner and a lurker but that's what I get for not asking everything about the honor code.

As for killing him, I just did it. I saw him down, I never looked at his health nor at his state. I went in for the kill, I wanted it, It's not often I win 1v1's and I just...went over my head.

I tried to disregard everything as it not being serious. I thought the players were just salty. As it often happens. But this time I was wrong and I accept it. I have nothing else to add, I apologize to Enyonggg and to the others that were offended.

I think this is a pretty blatant honourcode break, I'll talk to bancrose and the council about a punishment.

So it's pretty cut and dry, and the player admits he screwed it up. As it's a first offense the council has decided to levy a warning to Lolziam.
