I do. That aside, punishing the team that is meant to have the mobility advantage and is mostly about getting close with a debuff that punishes them for moving seems highly counterproductive.
But to get back to the main topic on hand, it's nice how some people actually find uses for HEFA. And I applaud your efforts. I will, however, still begin every round I start as RO or CO by personally flushing the HEFA boxes down disposals. Because it remians a fact that in the hands of the general population, their uses are fare outweighed by their flaws.

Good one. Hefa's should always be used as a psychological attack on xenos. You never know when that GL might switch its HEFA for a HEDP and you think about the outcomes on the back of you're mind, as long as the GL is there xeno's pushes are little weakened
Its a great initive to control the T3's while bald xenos just say fuck it and rush in anyway.
I deny any and all HEFA as RO. I dont trust marines enough to use it.
