Description of the incident:

Playing boiler, holding off the east cave flank. Im getting shot to shit and very little help, as in im following my own gas in to attack the sniper with no backup. Was asking queen for lead on hivemind, no response. Went to hive to ask her to transfer the other boiler lead to me. She said no cause the other boiler needed it on the west flank (this boiler didnt talk the entire round and was firing acid excusively). I said fine im gonna sit in the hive til ancient. Queen says ok, then tells the hive to kill me and banishes me for *refusing to fight and betraying the hive* while im talking to other xenos. Didnt say go fight, didnt say nothing other than ok so its just shittery at that point.

yes because it was brought up in the ahelp that it was the reason i was banished/killed so i wanted to make that clear it was after the fact, considering i was being murdered during it

You don't need to provide evidence yourself, as administration can give the evidence for you in about three days time. All you have to do is fill it out, take your time, etc. It's really simple, and aslong as you stay calm, I'm 100% certain we can come to a conclusion on it. I just can't really say right now, because it's easier to view server logs after round than it is in the current round.

You insulted the hive before you were banished from the logs, and insulted the queen after the fact. Normally I would say not following queens orders or insulting the queen/hive when not following her orders is grounds for a banishment and even staff intervention if they ahelped.

I don’t see a rule violation here.
