He never did reply to this. i understand i have been spoken to about Rule 3 break before and im fine with taking a punishment but this annoys me as i fired a researcher for performing Surgery in Brig with no advanced scanner, after i said to them that i need the researcher to go to their original job and i will handle it, they however refused to and when i was attempting to speak to them and resolve it without firing him, he cussed at me and walked off, stating and i quote "okay then i dont want to work with a CMO who doesnt know how to do their job" this is the main reason why i fired him but i had no chance to tell the staff this as they already banned me.

after that i just told the MPs he was fired, as he requested. i understand if i come across aggressive but i thought it was a fair and just firing as there was an attempt to resolve it with just a stern talking to but instead he pushed for it to be him fired, if im honest i did not want to fire him by any chance, there was only one other doc on and myself, he was the only researcher and i'm far from great when it comes to research, decent sure. great no. the reason im appealing is because i just wanted to have a chance to finish explaining and tell the Staff member this. sure i apologise for my rudeness to him but i mean, IRP wise to me i would like some help to see what the issue is, as i do not see one. i see a CMO who yes angry, tried to resolve a situation without firing a guy. the Researcher in question pushed for the fire not me, i said to my office and i was going to just give a really boring and badly punned speech about allowing docs to work on patients and prioritising work but instead he pushed for me to fire him.
