Description of the incident:

So I was healing the now-dead delta spec and in here comes Kudo trying to "help" me. Now, in my experience, most of the time, this "help" leaves the patient ODed on chems and I'm trying to avoid that. I tell him to leave me alone, but he insists agressively. Then, I disarm him and get his health analyzer and, for some time, leaves me alone. I see in chat that he's telling people it's "because of that stupid medic" he can't heal people. I get mad, grab him by the neck and throw him over the infected water on the other side of the sidewalk, inflicting a little bit of damage. A marine shoots me (I think accidentally as he only shot one bullet in me), then Kudo proceeds to empty his pistol mag on me, breaking my bones and whatnot.
Do note that, when I was healing the delta spec, there were around 5 other marines screaming for medics. Also, he left me to die in a corner and I almost perma-died because of him, luckily 2 medics observed me before that happened. He also took most of my medicine stuff, including an entire advanced first aid kit.

Right, I handled this so this is what I did.

You ahelped the situation which I started to investigate. I talked to the people involved including the accused. What I found out which can be seen in the logs above is that this was a escalated situation that occurred between you and Kudo. You actually began it with punching them and then throwing them across the river. Due to this you got shot, now I handled the people that did shoot you and told them to follow escalation and not jump to the gun. The accused (kudo) never actually shot you as you say he did, the person that shot you with a pistol was the delta spec you was healing.

Kudo escalated the fight normally as you began with punching them and throwing them over the river, they came back with a knife for what you did to them, never jumped to the gun. This is why I never noted Kudo for Improper Escalation because they escalated it properly.

Now the reason I didn't aheal you is because 1. Aheals are not something we just give out and are not guaranteed for every occassion. 2. You had medics nearby and I ordered the accused to heal you which they did in the end.

Note : As of writing this I believe the PMs between me and Jeremy are missing. (Or I am just blind)
