Backsea will get a Job Ban from CMP and MP. They will also recieve a 3 Hour ban.

Warned for IE. As a MP fired after a Marine that killed a friendly Xeno and told they need to shape up, lots of recent notes. Ban on further offenses.

Questionable actions during a incident involving MPs and PMCs. Ended up tazing the CMP and fellow MPs who were armed to 'neutralize threats to the PMCs to quell the situation.' Ended up becoming a full shootout with the CMP kidnapped. Used IC backstory as justification for tazing MPs. Warned HEAVILY to watch their actions

The mod in question seems to have missed my previous note on you when they applied another warning.

Backsea, having a "backstory" does not mean you can break the server rules. MP's have to follow Marine Law as a rule, you Backsea failed to follow Marine Law to an extreme Degree which without any prior warnings would be considered grounds for a job ban. You also performed Improper Escalation on the Marine, using Lethals when you as an MP have non-lethals readily available.

In total what you did was self antagging and a violation of our rules.

Resolved, 3 hour ban and MP job-ban will be applied to Backsea.
