Description of the incident:

Before I begin, I apologize for the lack of description.

On the Ice round, I was a VC, driving the tank. Mariens were deployed to the ground around 12:26, to the LZ2.
While waiting for the LZ2's blast door to open, I have heard the Queen's screech almost lesser than a minute after deploy.
It was even before the Tcomms to be set, along with the cades.
Very, VERY early for the Queen to appear, I'd say.
I assumed it was a meta rush, waiting for Marines to deploy on LZ2 before launching a full hive attack.
Unfortunately, I couldn't have the eye witness but only from the sound.
Would be best to have more witness reports on the report.

How you would punish the accused:

As far as I remember, they have 2 accounts and both has got placed with a perma ban (Rescarlowr, Noobmaster96), followed by their statement on - //showthrea...titank_grenade

Since I cannot check the other two's ban reasons, guess it's up to admins.

This was a miss understanding. I didn't knew that there were LZ2 beside. I just asked other xeno's about where should we place a hive, they leaded me to the ((engineering I guess?)). When you landed on LZ2 I got people screeming in the hivemind about marines coming, so I had to go and help them out. I didn't wanted to meta.

Hello, I just checked and found out that Underground Engineering(where I placed the hive) is one of the default places to place a hive, so I don't think I broke any rule.

I was JAV4, a runner present in that round. Mom spawned at cargo upper with a survivor, which she killed and had to take engineering stairs to come to the larvaes. We were evolving and told queen to just ovi in lower engineering. We made defenses and stuff and the marines arrived and we let them get a foothold in the hallways. Then, we pushed them back and I forgot what happened, I think we won. But yeah, there was no intention to meta-rush, it was just a shitty, unlucky spawn the queen got and the xeno's desire to get T3 faster.

I don't see anything wrong on this one, looks like this was one of those luck of the draw situations.
