Hernandez would either
die crying over the comms as a captured marine
or
escape through the pods, probably alone and missing a foot, with crippling PTSD that resurfaces anytime she sees a cockroach

Riggs will be trialed for war crimes obviously, that is if she's rescued by a USCM or PMC ship in an escape pod, for her participation in Cristobal.
John Vex would only leave the corps if it became noticeably corrupt or he died/discharged.
Nubby Grums would probably desert and might or might not of taken' them fancy guns along with em, greasing some hands along the way.

Edward Lombardi, goes back to the colony he lived at with his son, now that his son's required limited service is complete.
Ossian Quin, who joined the mission as a way to attain citizenship, finally attains his citizenship and becomes a corporate researcher for W-Y.
Emilo DeRossette, heads for an outer colony in the Rim, and joins the Freelancers after having seen enough of W-Y.
Keagan would probably join a space traveling band as the percussionist or if he cant do that hed follow one any place it went as well as SPESS DRUGS. (Never forget cane life)

Jackob C. Cross heroically dies in battle covering the retreat of what remained of planetside forces. (Or he's left behind, because he's limping/being pushed away from the Alamo hatch/being under attack of vile xeno scum.)
OR
Jackob C. Cross survives the battle alongside the remains of Almayer crew. Scarred for life both phisically and mentally he's deemed unfit of service, and gets honorably disharged. He's found dead after short time. Colonial Marshals suspect work of Local Criminal Organisation, Cross owed money to.
