That post was made in error, as 'Bombmanski' only has Google search results for BYOND servers. There is nothing to indicate that it is a legitimate surname.

So when it comes to surnames we’ve always had a policy of google it and see what shows up. I did that in haste on my
Phone and doing it again the last name only shows up referencing this and a ding on goonstation for a character fine.
I don’t think the surname is terribly silly, but the name is not great.
I am giving Nanu308 the final authority on this to decide if the name is a rule violation or not.

This was discussed in Management and the consensus has been made, the name is not appropiate and a bit too much lrp.
You can use it as a Nickname, akin to "Billie 'Bombmanski' LASTNAMEHERE"
Now for the accusation of harassment, there has been no harassment from the logs i've gathered and checked myself to see. Staff members will always PM you to get your side of the story especially when you have previous notes for a very similar thing.
On another note, i heavily recommend no-one to ever use their real life name or something that can associate their real life with their ingame name for your own safety.
