and made intoxication to Marine with Bicardine (lethal)

Alright in the past 3-4 months alone you've only accumulated about 8 and a half hours playtime, its hard to gauge if you've learnt from your mistakes with such low playtime in my opinion. I also want to know why exactly you think we should give you a second chance.

Somewhat severe issue given for the ban and not enough activity to tell whether you're any better now.
I'd say it shouldn't be lifted for now until you've gotten more activity on the server.

Could you clarify whether you want to appeal the medic ban or the PO ban? Because they're too separate situations, they'll be considered with different ban appeals (only one ban appeal at a time, please).

And when you decide, it would be good if you explained the circumstances of whichever ban you choose and how you can do better next time.

You seem to have a very poor understanding of the rules and game mechanics.
Your english is also hard to understand.
I'm not comfortable with allowing you access to roles such as PO, that heavily relies on teamwork and communication, or medic, that requires good knowledge of game mechanics until you've shown you can be average in both.

Telling us why you were banned from these jobs and what you can do to avoid further jobbans would be a good start.

I honestly can barely understand what you are trying to say there. No effort at all, never seen you on the server too. I'd say give this some time, be active on the server and come back once you have a good understanding of the rules and are willing to write a decent appeal.
