Things have not been fair in a long while, they're just swinging back and forth at the moment.

things will never be fair cuz the cold hard truth is: most people do not want to play xeno, so they should balance around the few players that go xeno vs the many many players that want to go marine, for all of you who call for a 1-1 balance, it just isnt possible, xenos arent as cool as marine side and they will never be, the only purpose to join benos is to murderbone, and if they fail at even that, then why the hell would you join them when you can go marine, kick ass AND look cool at the same time by pumping your shotguns?

IMO its time to think about changing the antagonists entirely, let us get something way more fun than xenos, necromorphs perhaps? or even better, antags with personalities, like the apes from Planet of the apes franchise, that would be cool.
