Description of the incident

I stabbed an MP once on the dropship, for multiple reasons. they tried to frame me in the note as not having proper spelling, and only stated one of the reasons why I attacked said MP. they alleged in ahelps it was for OOC reasons, yet didn't put that in the note. (because they realized it was untrue I assume) they escalated the ban to 3 days immediately, because of an IE ban from 6 months ago.
I think this clearly goes against protocol 5A. no major disruption to the game was caused, and the ban was escalated because of one 6 months ago.

Being annoyed at a MP for arresting another marine isn't a good enough reason to start stabbing them, as a long time player you should know that.

I see, and even though I'm going to get yelled at without a response because haha can't ask questions on why a report was decided the way it was, this was ruled a major enough disruption to warrant a 3 day ban under staff protocol 5A?

I will answer you, which is to say, your ban was escalated because you have a repetitive history of killing MPs when you shouldn't, just because they're MPs.

I am not Silencer_pl's supervisor, but I did write the majority of ban procedures and many policies we run on. I do not consider this escalation, based on your notes and general history, to be in excess of your actions. It would not be unreasonable to issue a shorter ban, but Silencer's actions were completely justified taking all factors into account.
