Neglecting to report other servers you've been banned on always gives me the impression that you're trying to hide it, rather than admit to any mistakes you may have made. I don't see why it would be any different here. -1

Not only have you failed to disclose your bans on other servers which is by itself reason enough to deny this, but these bans are recent and serious. You clearly haven't changed, so there's little reason to lift this ban.
