Hi, i need a little help in an issue.

The whole problem revolves around Bram (Daniel Jimenez IC) disarming SADAR (Benedict 'Old' Raikkonen) while he was aiming, clearly messing with a superior officer in hierarchy, so me and another player (Octavius ​​Triarius) disarmed him and took his booties trolling back, but he got mad with us and took Octavius ​​into an isolated place (lambda lab entrance) disarmed and hitting him, I saw the situation that was going on and just broke the door with the underbarrel shotgun to help Triarius out, but I accidentally hit Daniel while shooting the door and he started shooting at me, following the escalation rule I shot back. He ahelped and Solidfury came, and insisted on giving me a ban, i have Octavius ​​and SADAR's guy as witnesses that Daniel was disrupting the round. After round-end, SADAR's guy had a disagreement with other players and fired a rocket killing several marines, including Daniel as far as I could tell. So after the round ended I went in his DMs on Discord to make fun of him for dying meanwhile i was still alive and even was recognised by CIC (so the accusation of griefing or harassment makes no sense), but somehow he managed to get Solidfury to ban me for 30 days by meta-communication after that when at first my ban would be 3 hours according to Solid, only by harassment (which also didn't make any sense as I explained above, since I practically received a medal, but it would be preferable to taking a 30 days ban).

Plus there is no proof that I had actually committed meta-communication. According to the rules it is not specifically forbidden to maintain voice chat with other players, meta-communication is classified as taking advantage of the enemy through information passed out of character, so I ask, how could I do that against a proper marine, an ally?

On top of it all, i want to say that Bram acted in a homophobic behaviour against me on Discord, he offended me by my sexuality and i feel uncomfortable about that, i I can understand if i did mistakes in game and i accept punishments if it is needed to rectify me, but it's not right for him to judge me by my sexual option like its an offence of something, it is a hard life for some that not attend to 'traditional ways' and i'm not looking to play further more in SS13 Colonial Marines with those type of intolerant people around.

You lost your chance for any investigation to be done not only by multikeying once, but twice. You may think it was unjust or unfair, but multikeying and evading the ban is no way to do it. You then went around in discord DMs to beg staff to the point you were banned from discord.

The only mercy you’re getting is not being permabanned from the game possibly. That’s assuming someone doesn’t file the permanent ban request. We have zero tolerance for ban evasion and what you did is not justified.

Also this is not the place to point fingers and say another player did something wrong, file a player report instead
