Do you guys seriously use the light replacer?

I always just rely on PFCs having infinite flares from req drops.

I do, lights have almost 3x the range of flares. Just walking around for 30 seconds with the light replacer saves a backpack full of flares, and if they get smashed you know xenos are around.

That's the thing.

No one, and I mean NO ONE carries a light replacer, making fixing APCs to be pretty pointless other than getting doors to be openable without crowbar and using vendors that usually ALSO needs to be hacked to all access.

No one has access to the light replacer besides engineers, who are also the only people who can fix APC's, and as you said, no one does it.
That's why I'm saying give it to the marines.
The engies never do that job.
I might be the only engineer who does.
