Jamie messaged me about penguins when I was sleeping in off-topic. So, I replied with "The only thing I rep is eggplants." Then I posted an eggplant emoji with a pepe face on it and a hand rubbing it.

You can look at logs from discord. For some reason, people think the emoji I use is 18+ which is quite dumb as how is rubbing an eggplant 18+? If you want to not allow certain emotes then you add a rule and don't have secret rules that no one else knows about.

Its not just a eggplant its a eggplant being rubbed in a motion like it is jerking the eggplant off. This is inappropriate for minors and not allowed on our discord.

Previously You massed spamed it and got global emotes removed. At this point I believe someone else warned you.

After you changed the skin I told you to stop skirting the rules. Despite your assurances that you would not you just did it right now.

If you think that emote is 18+ then so be it, but then you should start banning people for posting cropped hentai, having furry porn cropped in their pfp, and other situations where people post legit cropped porn in the discord.

Didn't know the emoji was called wank, and I use the emoji because it's funny.

First, I didn't mass spam it. It was posted once in most of the channels in discord while I was bored, and jaketeaking warned me. Also, didn't know this is why global emojis were removed as no one from staff that's higher up makes announcements about this kind of stuff or says anything to everyone.

Didn't change the skin, I've used the same emoji from the beginning. The same green eggplant with a pepe face and a hand rubbing it.

Used the emoji as a joke, to Jamie, the host pinging me while I was sleeping, as I stated above in my appeal.

If you believe that the emoji is 18+ that's fine, but if you're going too do that then add a ruling on such things so I remember and others know later on. Just because you have a staff meeting about it doesn't mean anything to the regular playerbase who wasn't apart of it, you make an official ruling so everyone knows.

The first image was because I found out global emojis were gone on CM and then I had to ask staff in another discord why they were gone. No one informed anyone about them being gone and I had to go out of my way to find out why.

Second image is the other eggplant emoji I have and is just an eggplant getting shaked very fast, not at all the same one I posted. That was also posted in shitposting which is a place of posting non-serious content, or stuff that should be taken as a grain of salt. It's not up to me too make rulings that's up for staff. Which they didn't do in an official place for the whole discord.

This is like the same thing with the ricardo memes that were posted then were decided they were NSFW, but no official ruling was made. Then later on I asked in staff-help about it and was warned for asking, even though there were no official rulings on it.

As I said above it was something posted towards the host who pinged me about penguins and was in no way used in a lewd way, or whatever you think I was trying too use it as.

See the issue is all of this adds up and unless the universe is working against you I find it highly unlikely, your statements are just "jokes"

You claim "Jerking off with the bros" and then eggplant emoji after (literally labeled "wanking") is just a coincindence and you have NO idea that eggplants are being used as a phalic object to simulate masturbation. Its unlikely

Any emojii that is deemed sexual in nature and 18+ falls under our NSFW rule. Its just like a image, or a gif, or a video. Regardless I'm going to stop posting and let a manager handle it from here.

Going off that image that you posted from June 2018, I didn't have that emoji whatsoever during that time and if you look back that image was posted for something different.

Like I've already said above if you want it to be NSFW then you make a ruling on it so everyone knows. Because what if someone comes in that doesn't know about this and posts the same emoji and gets warned? That would be dumb because most people in the world wouldn't take it as NSFW besides the few people who decided it was.

NSFW means you can't view it at work. An eggplant getting shaked very fast is NSFW? An eggplant that's green with a pepe face on it getting rubbed is NSFW? In the end that's up for you all to decide, but if you're going to fully ban it then make a ruling. As I've posted it before and the staff seeing it didn't care and then I have some staff that think it's NSFW? Make an official ruling and have staff stop nitpicking stuff they don't like or they think is against the rules.

Also, on the topic of rulings. One of us saying something is NSFW or agaisnt the rules in some way is the official ruling on it. If a head staff wants to challenge our ruling on something thats cool and they have the power to do that. But if a discord mod says dont do something thats it. Thats all the ruling you need. It might seem nitpicky how things get ruled on, and some mods might feel differently about somethings, but thats how moding a discord works. You dont catch everything and people are different. It's like the wild west. Sometimes people get away with things for a while till a sheriff comes to town and lays down the law as they see fit.
