Description of the incident: After being retrieved as a survivor back to the Almayer, I was sent to CIC, before being dragged into a cell by CO orders for "being a convict", without any timer set, nor being given a reason nor a charge by my MPs. I was then put into the Holding Cell without any charges being placed by the CO, when she came to talk to me.
When my character became malnourished due to the lack of iron nor food provided due to the 80-83% blood I had, the CO refused to provide sustenance/food, violating the SOP again. Over the entire round, no charges were stated and the MPs could not provide charges, mandatory based on their SOP.
Eventually, with the help of an unknown Engineer, he blasted open the wall of the Holding Cell, and I was charged with jailbreak and perma, which shouldn't have happened in the first place considering I was not given a charge for my """crimes""" nor formally brigged.
Another round was once again wasted due to the incompetence of the CO which only caused incompetence in the MP staff. The report is only for the CO given that, given my awareness and LOOC chat of the MPs, they wouldn't have done the same as the CO.
After the round, I talked to the CMP on Discord, and she told me that the admin gave her a recommended course of action, and when she told the CO, the CO dismissed her. She also mentioned that the other survivor, who was perma'd at the time, would be trapped in containment during the Almayer attack by the xenos, which is a violation of ML, as the prisoner would not be given a chance to be released nor evacuation.
Evidence (screenshots, logs, etc): N/A
How you would punish the accused: Suspension or removal, the Captain needs time to know how to properly apply ML and SOP.
