    if I was on the dev team I would be using this thread as a list of who to ignore. So many whiny people. When you get captured you are dead, accept it. You are a snowflake if you think you should get a second chance. You already got outplayed. You dont get captured unless you sucked.

    Uavoidable screech and Carrier alongside = You zucc if you get captured.

    Yep thats what happens when you run into the queen. Accept it. If marines didnt suck dick the RPG would be waiting to blow up the carrier after a screech. But yall too busy whining instead of figuring out ways to counter it.

    There is only one RPG that can't be anywhere, that will be targetted if Queen runs into you (not the other way around) and will get killed as first and then gibbed. Multiple carriers and many Queens (with near-immunity to explosions) that can spawn over and over after death that have Screech of the same power no matter their age vs 1 RPG boi with limited ammo.

    Queen rushing and screeching is literally unavoidable if you aren't hiding behind cades (and even then, if you happen to be on the same tile that cade is during the screech, carrier can apply hugger and corner-drag you out of the cades. Reality check.

    What I dont get is why people call it combat nesting. Combat nesting was when a lone drone could capture 5 marines who chased into single tile corridors full of nests.

    With this nesting you need to stand perfectly still while nesting someone for 8 seconds. By the same token you could call devouring "combat devouring". You are not actually able to do this "combat nesting" while in combat with someone shooting you.

    Before this change if a xeno could stand still next to you for 8 seconds with none of your squad anywhere near to help you, you were already screwed, I don't see what has actually changed. The chance of escpaing the hive has gone from 0.1% to 0% , but I dont see that as a big deal either.

    There's nothing fun about guarding nests, most of you never killed anything or escaped anyways.
