Maybe it is some kind of "curse" for those very big head and vice-head honchos. Basically never posting on forum (other than appeal threads and special snowflake admin-only threads), only shitposting on furscord. I don't remember seeing even one "unofficial" Jamie post (and I even tried to look for one for a few sec now). Not much of "credibility" can be lost for a ghost you have never seen doing anything.

Most likely both sides are to blame. In less, or more equal manner.

As somebody already posted: Treat CM as a hobby. Or end up like Faweh and now Emerald. This is the "CM Curse", but most likely applies to all SS13 servers and more.

For real though guys. We're adults here and should be able to deal with something like this in a better manner. The main reason that SS13 servers have issues like this is that nobody knows how to communicate properly with one another, and petty drama gets built up and up into something insurmountable.
