    SADAR already collects acid tears.
    CAS and Mortar are easly avoided and mortar is weak.
    Sniper Spec can hit only one beno at the time and scoped rifles do jack shit alone. Marines would have to form "Scoped Gangs" to do anything usefull.
    Tank was removed and now you can get it when you are already winning.

    Autocannon/assault spec

    -Primary weapon: Semi-auto impact-detonated grenade launcher, special ammo
    --Low ammo count in the range of 5-8
    --Small explosive radius, max 1 away from point of impact
    --Very brief stun (Less than 1 second for non-direct hits, a bit longer for direct hits)(Stunlocks very hard but technically possible to pull off)
    --ROF lower than standard pulse rifle
    --DPS similar range to standard pulse rifle (Bit higher or a bit lower, stun is powerful)
    --Damage-per-shot higher than standard pulse rifle
    --Two ammo variants: AP and HE
    ---HE, the standard described above
    ---AP removes the splash while keeping the stun (Perhaps slightly shorter, too), more damage and AP
    ---Ammo requires its own crate from req, rather costly consumption-wise
    --Lengthy reload, ammo in bundles of 3-4, need to be inserted one-by-one, like in a shotgun
    --Slower than usual projectile speed (Gyrojets, anyone?)

    -Uniform
    --Armor: Slightly better in protection than regular, but not very much. Normal armor movement speed reduction.
    ---(Built-in Oxycodone injector, it's assault after all?)
    --Grenade ammo belt (B18 style), can hold special ammo for the primary

    Role: Spearheading an assault for a brief duration, after which reload is required. Costly to maintain for long engagements due to ammo consumption requiring a lot of supply points.
    Low usability on defense due to risk of explosive FF (HEFA ammo for maximum salt)

    It's an idea, could use work, but it's an idea. Careful balancing due to stun is required. And HEFA ammo for maximum FF.

    I think we need to rework B18 and Sniper before adding more specialist roles.

    B18 is kinda good to be honest. Just dont use HEFA or HIDP and use 50 HEDP. Spam this shit in xeno hands with bino scouting to avoid getting caught alone and enjoy the kills

    Don't even need a sniper, just get 1 pfc to follow you around and shoot stuff you stun. Same with RPG. Works great.

    I've before mentioned that this could possibly be something for engineers, but it could also fit for specs. I'm not sure how many people would be willing to sacrifice the usual spec killing power for scouting though.
