Personally, the fact the previous bans weren't listed and having heard information from other involved parties, this is a massive -1 from me. I just can't support this, even under an indefinite probation. I feel that this appeal downplays rather than apologizes for the actions you took, and to me, doesn't say that you've changed.

Yeah I'm hesitant to even support this considering you didn't post your bans from other servers when explicitly asked. I also am on the same wave length that you cannot be trusted despite it being so long ago. -1 from me.

Discounting the lack of mention for bans on other servers, after speaking to staff (Yes, more than one) involved with the incident that led to your original ban. Based on the testimonies of two different sources, what you have posted here is not truthful to what actually happened.

You commissioned spritework from Joshuu for a sum of or around $50. You received copies of the requested work before paying for it, and thereafter attempted to sell them off to another server without paying for them. When asked about the payment, you said that you were going to buy a video game instead (though sources tell me it was actually Dishonored DLC), and then you were banned. You did not pay what you owed accordingly until afterward, so that you could be unbanned.

My understanding of your current discord ban situation is that you likely did something to tick off Apop after originally being unbanned for paying Joshuu his due. However, given that you're using the time passed to essentially defame everyone involved during the incident and paint it differently, I don't believe I'm particularly inclined to see you unbanned for this appeal.

Quite frankly, this is making you look absolutely terrible. There's a lot you aren't telling us, both about this situation as well as your history on other servers. So much so that I'm tempted to deny this and be done with it. However, since this was two years ago I'm going to give you the chance to come clean and explain yourself in full, including your reasons for withholding the information, and tell us why you should be unbanned. I recommend you give some thought to what you say, because right now this is not looking good at all.
